Heavy-gauge steel charcoal and cooking grates are made to withstand years of use - to keep customers satisfied.   Often the cooking grates are multi-plated,  making them rust-resistant and easier to maintain.
‘Robot welders’ are used to make strong,  accurate welds to areas like the leg joints, steel handles and grate supports.   Welding makes sure that Barbecues are longer lasting - as it will exclude the grease that is always present in BBQ cooking and  also helps reduce the areas for moisture to collect..
